Title: Make bottom independent of Top, right and left blocks in main portal

In the main portal you have it setup left, Top/bottom, right... I have been trying to modify it (without success) to make it Left, Top, Right and then bottom spans the entire bottom (like a footer) without restrictions to the left or right table sizes.. is this possible?
