i've got this problem
i've already installed choutbox
and when i add a new smf theme it's disappear
i don't know why?

Zqkrox,

  Perhaps some files are necessary within each theme's folders. I can't remember off hand without looking but I will suggest that after installing a new theme, uninstall simple portal and then install it anew. Be sure to check-mark the file transfers into the necessary theme folders during installation.

i just modified "index-template.php" and add a code into it

Zqkrox,

  I first thought you were referring to an issue with the Simple Portal shoutbox. This site is only for Simple Portal support with its main software and/or a SP add-on/plug-in.  For other SMF modifications support you should visit the mod author's site or a relevant SMF support thread. I am glad to hear you figured out your issue though.

Echo above comment - its an SMF mod problem.

It is smfpacks shoutbox which is modifying the theme files. So when you change theme the shoutbox code is not in the new theme. If a mod changes the them files you need to uninstall and reinstall mods again so they change new themes.
No connection with Simple Portal files.
