Title: Admin area error
Post by: jrantonio on October 12, 2014, 12:07:19 PM
I'm having trouble at the admin of Simple Portal ...

If I try to add a block to add the link is thus:

http://www.notebookajuda.com.br//index.php?action=manageportal;area=portalblocks;sa=add;col=5

The correct would be thus:

http://www.notebookajuda.com.br/admin/?area=portalblocks;sa=add;col=5

For some reason the MOD is adding this PREFIX index.php?

Anyone have any idea how to fix?

Thank you

The standard for SMF, is to have the index.php
This means, you must be using some kind of SEO mod. (Which I tend to recommend not to use.)

Well,

Anyone have any more suggestions?

Continues with the wrong links:

http://www.notebookajuda.com.br//index.php?action=manageportal;area=portalblocks;sa=add;col=5

The correct would be thus:

http://www.notebookajuda.com.br/admin/?area=portalblocks;sa=add;col=5

Instead of having /admin the system is adding the prefix: /index.php?action=manageportal

I do not know the real reason

Thanks!!!

Try uninstalling your SEO mod, then reinstalling it.
They are not very good at changes, and they really do not help, SEO wise.

Thanks for the answers ...

I'm not related to any SEO MOD.

Any more suggestions?

It has to be a mod that changes it, maybe Pretty URL's?

What mods do you have installed?

Your site is definitely changing urls/rewriting urls.

So its a mod or something you used before that changed the htaccess file (and not uninstalled changes) and that is still rewriting urls.
You need to find out what is rewriting your urls.
