Title: 2 minor questions

1) Is it possible to hide blocks to particular member-groups. For an instance I want to display the "theme select" block to a particular membergroup. Can that be done?

2) This is an important question: I have 2 themes running on my site and members are free to switch to the theme they like. Now I have this java image slider which I have placed using the "HTML Block" and the colors of this image slider cater to just one theme. Now my question is, is it possible to set the block to use a separate CSS file once members switch to the other theme ? Currently how it works is yes it uses an external CSS file but what I'm asking now is it possible to get it to use particular CSS files (between the 2 themes) once they switch?

Ignore my first question because I just found out it's possible and how it can be accomplished. The second is really important.
