Title: SimplePortal installed but wont show up? [No admin cp]

Every time i installed it it says it is downloaded but it basically adds nothing, same as all the other mods I had installed like, at the end i would redirect to http://risengamers.com/forums/index.php?action=admin;area=portalconfig

but it would show a normal admin panel without portal configs

Maybe  portal was not installed correctly and you don't have all files in Sources directory?
