Title: Can not get Forum Button to appear?

Hi, I have followed the tutorials but to no evail! I am using custom theme: Anecdota117... The portal displays fine with this theme but I can't get the Forum button to appear. I have attached the index.template but there is no display.template to be found with this theme.
Please help  :'(

Were is the tutorial because I dont know how to get the forum button to appear any help will be great!  ;D

Right you will have to excuse me but im a complete noob when it comes to one php & two SMF/P  Now I love the look and feel of it(great job btw 8) ) but would like to use themes off my choice (others have made  :D ) But what im wanting to ask is,I had the same issue with the Forum button going :( just wondered if i nick the attachment above will it work on all themes ??  or is that to easy ? (i hope it is that easy as i can mange that lol)  :-[ :clown:


So in short im a noob & will that index attachment work on all themes or just Anecdota117. ?  TIA

P.S. another thing is there anyway of making the Help page disappear ? or putting a contact form in (if there is any out there) it's for a clan site
As i said im a novice through & through  :0

Update found contact forms lol told you i was new to all this :) but still need help with other things :)

Just like to add ive had a quick look at the help topic on it(how to add the code manually) but I think it's a bit above me at the moment  :'(
