Title: Center Block On Index Page
Post by: SprDave on October 19, 2010, 06:05:47 PM
Hello,
Having installed SMF Version: 1.1.11 & SP Version: 2.3.2 using Black Rain (1.1.11) without issue, I have now run into a glitch:
I've created a block that is, essentially, a Welcome/Under Construction Block.

For the life of me I can't get it show up on the front page of the portal when NOT logged in.
When I am logged in, it's there.

I would like the casual visitor to see it right away on the portal front page.
I've gone through all the permissions and configured it the way it should be. (I think..!!)

Any suggestions...???
Thanx,
SD
