You need to use the 'Standalone' mode for your portal to show at that location.
See the post below:

ok. so i have to put SPStandalone.php to my main directory (public_html), rename it to "index.php". Then i have to edit it but... What do I have to put in place SSI.php?

Replace the code below in that file:
full/path/to/forum
With your forums file path.
For you, this should work:
foro

Change the 'Portal Mode' setting to 'Standalone', it can be found in your admin panel under SimplePortal -> Configuration -> General Settings.
-
IT's done
thank you (L) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

Glad I could help. :)
My only comment, is that you need to edit your menu so that there is a 'Foro' link, and so that your 'Inicio' link goes to your portal page.
More on that can be found in the tutorial below:
General Custom Theme Tutorial (http://simpleportal.net/index.php?topic=148.0)
-
I did it but I only see "FORUM" in my default theme. and the buttom "inicio" goes to forum.. and I can't found the image folder sp.
-
Your theme doesn't use separate images for each button, so that shouldn't be an issue.
You will need to follow the tutorial in that topic for SMF 1.1.x., for your custom theme.
I'm not sure why the 'Forum' text is shown instead of a translation for the default theme, try downloading the latest copy of your translation (the portuguese translations have been updated).
