I need help can anyone plzz tell me how to clear chats in shoutout box??

Hi and welcome to SimplePortal.

Go to Administration Center - SimplePortal - Shoutbox - Shoutbox List. Next to each shoutbox you will find a "Prune" command to clear all shouts.
