Title: Test failed error on SP 2.1.1

Using SMF 1.1.7
I'm trying to install SP 2.1.1

I get index.php failed, I went in and did all manual edits and FTP'd, changed the chmod also, to the forum and then this error shows up:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ELSEIF in /home/allpare/public_html/home/index.php on line 213

My index.php is attached, please help.

You removed to much on you manuall edit

Should be look like
