Title: [Shoutbox] Active users

Active Users tab in the shoutbox, gives you access to who's currently in the shoutbox so you know you can talk to that person. After 5 minutes of away time they are not active.

Display Area: Above the icons (Refresh, history etc..)
Display type: Just plain text

Yeh this is a quite good idea. I would like it to be added aswell with other active shoutbox threads.

Since shoutboxes are not like chat add-ons and don't have a definite action but may appear on every page, it's not possible to detect who are active in shoutbox. Who's online list gives you an idea about who might be seeing the shoutbox. Otherwise, maybe you could only list the member who have shouted recently, like during the past 5 minutes.
