Vatan,

At this time, there are no language packs listed for 2.3.4.  Work is going on right now.
I did find the Turkish language pack for 2.3.3 at http://simpleportal.net/index.php?action=downloads;area=archived_language_packs;file=94

I could not very easily find it on the list of archived language packs. I am not sure why this is.
