Title: How to merge blocks. if possible

Im having trouble with simpleportal...

I created a new block called "Staff Only" and changed permissions so that its only visable to staff...

I also created a shoutbox, which is only visable to chat..

is it possible to add those to together so that the chat is placed within the staff only block?

It is possible to use blocks-in-blocks with a php block to put several things in the same block.  Please see http://simpleportal.net/index.php?topic=5332.0 (http://simpleportal.net/index.php?topic=5332.0)
 
It is also possible (and simpler) to simply change permissions on the shoutbox so it is only visible to staff.
