Title: Block on forum.

I'm stuck on how to make blocks appear on the forum too.

When you edit a block in the admin panel, you can change the 'Display Options' setting for that block, you could change it from 'Portal' (the default) to 'All Pages' (to show that block everywhere). Checking the 'Advanced options' box will allow you to completely customize where that particular block is shown.
