  • {OCS}MasterSeal: I know this SB isnt' for support, but I just have a general question. Who would I contact to find out where SP stores its block info? Is it DB driven or files? I searched the site but came up with nothing. probably my fault any insight is appreciated.

plusev, your issue is similar, but your files will be completely different.

I have split this issue from the other topic, so that its less confusing.

If you want help uninstalling SimplePortal, then please attach your forum's copies of those two files, so that we can remove the edits for you.

The "Remove all data associated with this mod" checkbox, will remove all of the tables added by SimplePortal. If you check that option, then all your settings, blocks, pages, shoutboxes, articles (not the topics themselves), etc. will be deleted. Only touch that option if you want to completely remove SimplePortal from your website.

Try the attached files. Upload them after you have uninstalled SP.

Thanks for following up. The uninstall went well but the install of 2.3 had a few manual edits needed on subs.php. Still testing the install - only 1 day into the new version. Thx again
