Topic: Display Poll Block - not showing topic

it will ask for the topic number, I belive yours is '3' enter that see if it works, sorry im not a pro just trying to help out.

Thank you Matt5L, and you are absolutely right,  it was '3' for the topic ID.

What puzzled me most is I remember somewhere it prompted me for this ID.
But no matter how I search I couldn't locate this ID or where it generate.

Total time spent on ID search almost half a day, before seeking help here.
Wish there is a guide for dummy in Simple Portal.

So Matt5L, can you please tell me how you get this magical no. for the ID ?

at the top in your address bar where the URL are you will se somthing along the lines of
http://simpleportal.net/index.php?action=post;topic=542.0  thats the topic ID# 542.0 just take off the .0 in your case it was 3.0

How do you just takes off .0 and became 3.0 from 542.0?

Gosh I'm getting phobia seeing the word SIMPLE since knowing
