Title: 24 hour in Board News

Did anyone notices the board news is showing 24 hour instead of 12 here? Same in my site.

It is set at the server level but you can change the format on a per user basis in your profile

- Admin/Configuration/Features and Options/General/Default Time Format:

At least I think that is what you are referring to? :)

uh...no. I happen on my site too and the server is set to 12 hours.

Hmm. The Board News block defines its own time format for the timeformat function, it would be better to use the user defined value.
