Title: SP 2.3.3 and SMF 2.0 RC5

What would be the correct steps to do for upgrading SMF 2.0 RC5 into SMF 2.0

I tried via uploading upgrade SMF and and then run the upgrade.php but after completion the portal was still installed but was not visible.

What must I do to work around?

I had the same problem. The installer said simple portal was installed but no visible features :/

Did you use the Large Upgrade package? If yes, you need to reset your list of mods installed, since Large Upgrade will replace all the files resulting in removal of SP. Here's what you should do if that's the case:

Go to Admin > Packages > Installed Packages area. Click the [ Delete Mod List ] link at the bottom. Then install SP again. You won't lose your previous SP data.
