Title: Left and right blocks are not blanking on the Portal

Hello Guys  :nervous-happy:
I would like to make a minor modification to the simple portal. I enabled the blocks left and right, and let them show in the forum and all sites. Upon request, some users have it set so that I can turn off these blocks. Now the problem. On the portal, these blocks ALWAYS be seen, because they are part of the Portal site. Can adjust this somehow? LG Mario :) Sorry for my bad englisch.  :-[

I think that all settings you have under "Advanced Options". You can select where exactly you want to show block
