The only thing that comes to my mind is using shoutbox warning feature for flood error reporting. I need to re-check if that's causing issues.

Otherwise, people shouldn't use outdated language files. I'm not sure how we can prevent things going wrong in such a case.

maybe I can better explain what the problem was with me
the fault lay not in the simple portal package
I had my own translation made ​​and there was an error in it
therefore not renewed the shoutbox
after the correction of that mistake everything worked perfectly
