Title: Broken Article Drop Down Menu

I can't seem to publish articles to the portal page. Seems I am missing a drop down menu, or something. I've attached a screen shot here.

Any idea how I can fix this?

You don't have any topics in "The Big WAAAH! News" board. If you select a board with topics, you will see topics to select.
