Can someone help me with this error?

I myself would suggest there may be a ) to many however I wouldn't bank on it as I'm not an expert.

Did you replace the ) ?

Make sure you make back ups.

It's better to be told repeatedly than to learn the hard way.

What were you trying to do? Perhaps Simple Portal didn't install properly?

Regardless, here is a temporary fix. Please ensure that SP installed properly when you get the chance.

Find:
Code: [Select]
loadLanguage('SPortalAdmin', sp_languageSelect('SPortalAdmin'));
Replace with:
Code: [Select]
loadLanguage('SPortalAdmin', 'english');

Actually, it was the SMF Articles that wasn't playing nice.  Thanks, everyone for your help!
