Title: Cerberus Theme 'Forum' Button

Hello,
I'm using SMF 1.1.11, and SimplePortal 2.3.2, and the Cerberus theme.

I've tried following the directions to add a Forum button, to no avail.

If I could get some help, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Here's my index_template.php and forum link if needed.
