  • {OCS}MasterSeal: I know this SB isnt' for support, but I just have a general question. Who would I contact to find out where SP stores its block info? Is it DB driven or files? I searched the site but came up with nothing. probably my fault any insight is appreciated.

Add Forum button

Well folks the problem I have is simple but it will do as the title says I need to add the button board.
The theme I use is the Inferno: http://custom.simplemachines.org/themes/index.php?lemma=2173

In SMF 2.0, it should appear automatically if you're using the Frontpage or Standalone portal modes. It won't show up in Integration mode, as there is no Portal page there. And it won't show up when the portal is disabled, either, for obvious reasons.

If it's not showing up when in those settings, then this is not a theme problem. Can I ask to see your site? Link?

It's possible something didn't go right in your installation. Could you attach your Subs.php file, found in your /Sources folder?

No idea why this particular action didn't go through, all the rest of Subs.php seems to be properly edited.
