Title: I Can NOT Instal SimplePortal in Byethost

if Download Packages cannot be run, any manual instalation for this..?? and What Should I do...???

Talk to your host.

If they don't let you use the SMF package manager, then you may want to swap hosts.

Isnt that because file permissions? It happens in some hosts.

That is probably the issue.

@beewee,
Try changing the file permissions of your 'packages' folder to 0777 (using FTP).
