Does anyone know of a custom menu (with sub-menu) type block or PHP code?

.. there are no sub menu's. it just shows how to use images for the menu buttons that change client side when the cursor hovers over them. You have to find all your own images which makes it custom.. I'm not sure if that sort of thing is what you are after. Any link can be created for those obviously, it is not restricted to SP pages as the thread title suggests.

Put a new HTML block in and just add an HTML menu to it...
