Title: Simpleportal-admins /-moderators?

I have not installed SP yet, but I presume that the forum admin is the only one who can make changes to the blocks?
I´d like to give my moderators the ability to change some BBC-blocks related to their boards.

Admins are NOT the only ones whom can administrate the portal.
