Hello,
Maybe a dumb question, it is possible if someone is chatting it gets a welcome message. I have already been searching but can not really find something I understand. Well I read something that you can make a welcome message says, if something goes wrong the bone engagement. Chatbot Is this possible, but with a welcome message automatischse I'd be very happy.
I hope someone here knows anything to make or find.
