I'm having some problems with the code for adding the button to the Reference theme, and I was wondering if I could get some help. I haven't actually tried implementing the theme yet, with or without the code.

(And also, the stickied topic says I should attach the Display file, too, but there is no Display file in the theme folder, or does it mean the Display file from the forum in general?)

I've attached the index.template.php.

and yes, the reference theme dont have a display file so it takes the default one.

the changes I made is for 2.2
