Title: "Articles" button on nav area?
Post by: kcmartz on April 16, 2010, 01:38:53 AM
I don't see one, if I can't use SP articles, I will have to use SMF articles, but I'd rather a mod less... Also, how does SP articles work?

First, you must enable articles.
You can find the setting in Admin>SimplePortal>configuration>Article Settings.

Now, you will see an articles button when viewing a topic.
To learn more about what you can do with articles, go to Admin>SimplePortal>Articles and experiment with adding and deleting articles.

Like magic, articles start showing up on the portal page.

If this solves your problem, please mark the topic as solved.
Thanks!

Oh SP Articles isn't what I was expecting. If you have to be in a topic, and it makes a article out of it, I will use SMF Articles, which is what I DO need.

OK, and watch this space for advances in SimplePortal articles.

If that answers your question, can you mark this topic solved?

Thanks
