Title: change user ID number

i think it would be great if someone made a mod that allowed you to change a users ID number and also change where the last number is left off so that way if you delete a user you can reuse the ID for the next registered member and you wouldnt have gaps of missing numbers

I think this would be would be more related to core SMF .  There is some discussion about this there..
