Title: Using block on html page

Would it be possible to get the code for the information in the recent posts block in html? i'm not sure if it could be done but i have a front page wrote in html and would have liked this infomation to show on there from my smf forum.

HTML is static, unless you want to use javascript (or something equally weird) to load the recent posts data, then you will need to use PHP. My recommendation is that you put a recent posts block on that page. Although you could convert the page to a PHP page and then make a call to the relevant function.
