BTW I have updated to 2.3.2 (the message above states otherwise)
I've spent the last couple of hours trying to find the answer but with no success. Most of everything works perfectly :)
However I still cannot allow guests to view the shoutboxes (I have 3) I would like to allow them to view but not be able to post. In the permissions I have guest ticked. I use post count permissions for the members. Other than this I am over the moon with the mod. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong :-[ Can some one please tell me what I am doing wrong..

Sorted :) Just choose to ignore permissions on shoutbox list and blocks :-[
