Title: Blocks Style Options No Title

When selecting "No Title:" from the style options, instead of it showing no title, it seems to show a title anyway something like the attached image below (tested on default curve theme as well).  Thanks.

Edit: nvm, you can delete this post, it seems it was something with my install of simple portal... sorry about that.

I can't reproduce this error at my site.
What versions of SMF and SP you have installed?
