Title: need forums help please.

i want to use "SimplePortal 2.2.1" but i dont know how to host it, i cant buy a payed hosting so i will have to use a free hosting site but i got no idea, i really need help because i am really interested in the forums.
Please help.

yeh but i dident say i wanted the forums, anyway i really need help. i really need the forums up and running, can you help?
