Is it me or should these images be the other way around in the Blocks admin panel?
When a block is active its shown as a red circle and when its deactivated its shown as a green tick?
I switched mine over in the Themes/.../images/sp/ folder...

It doesn't show the current state, but it shows the state block will put in when you click on them.

Not sure that's how things are normally done but so be it.

Ummm, it is like "Delete" button, it shows what will happen when you click on it.
Both of them are possible actually, but we've chosen this path.

I believe I encountered this bug as well.
When upgrading from a previous version, my blocks were shown with the red Deactivated icon. I set each to the green active icon on the main blocks page.
When I went to modify each block, the "Block Active" setting was unchecked, so I selected it.
Back on the main block page, the icons were the red Deactivated icon again.
I need to reinstall my test site again, so I'll test this on a fresh install to see if it reoccurs.

I confirmed this on my local install, on the SVN version of SMF 2.0 RC1+, the activate/deactivate images are reversed.

I found that this was not as simple as it first seemed. By just switching the images the articles section which shows a 'Published' column is then the wrong way round!
I don't use it so it doesn't bother me but if you agree they are wrong they really need switching in the blocks board code rather than just switching images...

This is merely how you look at it. I agree with both sides, but looks like we will have to return to the old system.

It's confusing, I think. It's better to show users a block's current status and then allow them to change it than to show them what the option for changing that status is and force them to make the connection and figure out what the block's real status is.
