Title: 2.3 RC1 to 2.3

I have 2.3 RC1 installed on a non-active site and everything is working fine. Do I need to uninstall it before upgrading to 2.3?

As said, you will need to uninstall ANY VERSION of SP before-hand before installing SP 2.3.

Yeah, you'll need to uninstall older versions.
