Title: missing avatars

I updated to the latest SMF and SP yesterday and although it went well. we're missing avatars that members have uploaded. When I click the red cross and look at properties it says:

http://www.mydomain/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;attach=11;type=avatar

Anyone know of a way to sort this without have to upload them again please?

Are you sure that this about SimplePortal?

The uploaded avatars are stored like attachments. Are your attachments OK?
Have you changed any path information?

Where are the avatars missing?
At ?action=profile or in the SimplePortal User Info block?
