In Attachment is a revised translation for SP. Padronized some thing with SMF translation and add the original names of some block mods.

It's not a major update. But it's more accurate than the actual translation.

All changes were on SPortal.portuguese_pt.php and SPortal.portuguese_pt-utf8.php
