Prehaps if someone could read this query and would politely answer it..

I manually installed simple portal using the manual on simplemachines but then now everything in my site is not accessible, I can't reverse my commands since due negligence I never bother to have a backup on the files...

Now what I want to know is how to self-execute the php file install1-1...? Perhaps that's the missing action that's why I can't access my forum now..

My forum is running on smf v1.1.8
And I just wanted to have some new look that's why I get eager on putting simpleportal once I've seen it's cool features..

But I can't just access everything now..

Using my php editor I open subs. and find this lines

You will need to upload the 'install1-1.php' file into your SMF directory and then open it in your browser (so instead of going to 'www.theforum.com/index.php' go to 'www.theforum.com/install1-1.php' ), you should then delete it.

Post if you still have any more errors.

Which version have you installed? We removed sportal_vital() with version 2.1 IIRC.
