If I uninstall SP 2.3.1 and I install SP 2.3.2........I lossed all blocks 2.3.1?

Have you tried uploading the SimplePortal 2.3.2 package to see if you can actually upgrade from SP 2.3.1 to SP 2.3.2?

Do you ask if uninstall 2.3.1 => lose all blocks?
"Uninstall 2.3.1" is safe for blocks -- all blocks stay.
 
Did you uninstall 2.3.1?
Did you try to install 2.3.2?
Only one way to lose data at uninstall -- (Danger!)  :O   "Remove all data associated with this modification"  :dead:
Blocks = data.
