Title: Custom style in portal blocks and I.E. - not a bug!

no problem at all in Firefox, but in internet explorer, when I assign a custom style to a block it works on the whole panel (left, right, center), so if I use a text-align: center; style on the title of the first block of the center area, all the center area text is centered.
