Title: shoutbox keeps refreshing

I have added shoutbox yesterday and worked fine till today that keeps refreshing for ever when you click refresh button or if you shout ... when i refresh page shoutbox acts normal and last shout is added.

I use shoutbox in forum index and all boards of forum.

Default Theme

EDIT: i have put caching level to 1 from none and works fine now.

Odd issue. Does it return if you turn caching back on?
