yeah, and when i check it nothing seems to appear ..

using SP 2.0.5

what did is do when it was available ?

well im using Sp 2.0.4 .. im going to be updating to 2.1 as soon as its released

I guess you mixed the versions. Anyway, this feature is removed with 2.0.5. It used to display artiles like this (http://simpleportal.net/index.php?topic=578.0;view=article), instead of this (http://simpleportal.net/index.php?topic=578.0), when reached from portal.
