Title: Borders and Alignments?

I want to make the profile view on posts and messages like that.

Whereas default smf profile view is this

Someone told me you have to edit index.css for it ,and try borders and alignments ,i dont know how to do that,can anyone give me the code /or tell me how to do it?For this theme http://tz.no1host.us/ ,named as GearBox by DzinerStudio
Help will be appreciated  8)
