Title: Cant add blocks

Hi.
When I try to add a block I get this error:

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

The following error was encountered while trying to retrieve the URL: http://myforum.es/index.php?action=admin;area=portalblocks;sa=add

    Zero Sized Reply

Until this morning, it worked perfectly.
Can it be a permissions problem?

Do you have any errors in your Forum Error Log and Server Error Log? Which block type you are trying to add?
