Hello,
Can someone give me please the sql database file for SimplePortal 2.3.2 - to import it in phpmyadmin
i am installing it manually

No. SimplePortal uses the same db as SMF, ie. not a good idea.

If you are manually installing SimplePortal, then there is a much easier way to install the database part. You can upload the "install1-1.php" (for SMF 1.1.x) to your forum's main directory, then open that file with your browser (at the public web url, ie. www.forum.com/install1-1.php).
