Hi,

I become a error when i will install SimplePortal 2.3.2


An Error Has Occurred!
You cannot download or install new packages because the Packages directory or one of the files in it are not writable!

change your Packages directory permission become 775

mh... i become the same error... when i change the chmod to 775

Try the packages, sources, themes and relevant SMF main directory files (like index.php and SSI.php) at 0777. If that doesn't work, try creating a temp folder in your Packages folder, then chmod it to 0777 as well.

ok, i have installed SimplePortal. but how can i activate the Portal?

The portal should be active by default. If not, then Check the SimplePortal configuration admin area to see if the relevant settings are okay.

ok, thx i have reinstall my smf and now works SimplePortal great :)
