Title: Putting cat_bar and sp_block content in a <div>
Post by: Madzgo on August 30, 2012, 06:18:40 AM
Hello,
I'm trying to make a theme that supports Simple Portal, and for that I need to put cat_bar and the content part of the block in a same <div>

Maybe this helps you understand

You desire to make a change to the base theme, or you desire to make a change to how Simple Portal creates blocks?

I did what I wanted,
i had to change Portal.template.php, in order to make my theme display properly.
This is what I wanted:

Notice how there is a <div class="block">  that contains block title and block content.

That sounds like good work then.

Yes -- some times you will want to put a custom Portal.template.php file in your custom theme, in cases where the default Simple Portal block template is not a good match for your theme.
