Title: Make blocks go away in subforums?

I'm trying to make the blocks only show up on the main page. Once I click into a subforum,  I want the blocks to go away. How do I do this?

Click on the 'Advanced display options checkbox' (in the display options area when you edit a block). Then choose the 'Forum' option only.
